Hi! My name is Scarlett and I'm the owner of Tampa Lash and Brow. I'm originally from NYC (so yes I'm a foodie). And I've been doing lashes and brows for over 5 years. I started doing makeovers as a hobby and quickly fell in love with the beauty industry!

I am truly passionate about my work and I still love giving makeovers to this day. I believe that having good lashes and brows (that compliment your natural features) can be a game-changer.
