I'm Scarlett, founder of Tampa Lash & Brow.
Growing up in New York City, I was obsessed with beauty but for years, I struggled to find a stylist who actually understood what I wanted. I'd leave appointments frustrated. The lashes didn't suit my eye shape. The brows didn't match my features.
Those experiences drove me to enter the beauty industry. I wanted to become the artist I'd been searching for- someone who takes the time to listen and design a look that fits each client's natural features.
After moving to Tampa, I realized the problem wasn't just in New York. Women everywhere were struggling to find artists who understood the importance of customization.
That's why I created Tampa Lash & Brow: to build a team of artists who take the time to understand your features and design a look made specifically for you.

We have trained with top academies including Phibrow, Sugar Lash Pro, Brows by Linnie, and LashGuyPro to master both classic and cutting-edge techniques.
Today, beyond running the studio, we train artists internationally—teaching them the same advanced methods we've developed and perfected over years of practice.
